Bruschetta Chicken

This is a little something that I whipped up last night...it kind of reminded me of bruschetta so I dubbed it, Bruschetta chicken.

Here is what you'll need:

-1 package boneless chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins (I get the tenderloins...it's pretty much the same thing, except it comes in strips and is a little cheaper)
-stovetop stuffing for chicken (the box or can)
-1/3 cup melted butter
-garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried parsley
-1 can diced tomatoes (drain before using)
-sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Place chicken in glass baking dish and sprinkle with the garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.

In a separate bowl, mix together stuffing mix, melted butter, and diced tomatoes.

Spread cheese over top of chicken

Spread the stuffing and tomato mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
